All AVJFC Team Coaches have received formal training from FA Training Centres and as a minimum, have successfully passed the FA Level 1 Football Coaching Qualification, Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding Children workshop.  All coaches have an "accepted" FA Enhanced CRB check.

As a Club we are committed to the on-going development of our Coaching Team in order to provide the best possible football training we can.

The AVJFC Committee consists of the following Club Officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Club Welfare Officer, Volunteer Coordinator, all of the Coaching Team and up to 5 other members.  All Committee Members have been elected at an Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Club Treasurer

The Club Committee is responsible for the management of all the affairs of the Club.  Decisions of the Club Committee are made by a simple majority vote of those attending the Club Committee meeting.  The Chairperson of the Club Committee has a casting vote in the event of a tie.  At least four Committee meetings are held each year.

All elected Club Committee members have an "accepted" FA Enhanced CRB check.
